January 27th, 2024: Our postdoc Cormac Kelderman has accepted a new position working in radiopharmaceutical production at UCSF! We wish him the best in his future endeavors.

November 12, 2021: Congratulations to Dr. Alexia Cosby on a successful thesis defense and becoming the third Boros lab PhD! Alexia will start her postdoc in the lab of Dr. Rebecca Abergel at the University of California, Berkeley in January 2022.

November 4, 2021: Welcome to the Boros lab, Dr. Raphael Lengacher! Raphael is a recent graduate of the Alberto lab at the University of Zurich.

November 1, 2021: Congratulations to Dr. Apurva Pandey on a successful thesis defense and becoming the second Boros lab PhD! Apurva will start her postdoc in the lab of Dr. Michael Evans at the University of California, San Francisco in February 2022.

October 19, 2021: Congrats to Apurva for her paper being accepted in Chemical Science on the development of the potent, gallium-based antibiotic Galbofloxacin and highlights of this work in the News by C&EN News and Chemistry World!

August 19, 2021: Congratulations to Dr. Brett Vaughn on a successful thesis defense and becoming the first Boros lab PhD! Brett is now a postdoctoral fellow in the Larson lab at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.

August 15, 2021: The lab is awarded an R35 NIH MIRA grant to study how xenometals affect bacterial metal homeostasis.

June 2017: Eszter receives the first place award of the Young Investigator Symposium of the Radiopharmaceutical Sciences Council at the annual meeting of the Society of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging.
